Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all parts/accessories included. Proof of purchase is required.
Items that can’t be returned (unless faulty)
- Special-order / made-to-order items and non-stock items ordered specifically for you
- Electrical or electronic components once installed or attempted to be installed
- Clearance / discounted items (unless faulty)
- Items that have been used, modified, damaged, or incompletely returned
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before sending anything back.
How to start a return
Email us at sales@icstrailers.net.au with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (required if the item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty)
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or card provider first (refunds can take several business days to appear). If you still can’t locate it, contact us at accounts@icstrailers.net.au.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are faulty or damaged on arrival. To request an exchange, email sales@icstrailers.net.au with your order number and photos.
Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty or we’ve supplied the incorrect item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, especially for higher-value items. We can’t guarantee we will receive a return that is not tracked.
